Our little shack on the rocks in Koh Tao. Every night we would lay there think tonight is definitely the night we get washed away, aha.

The weather here is still pretty Grey and I am starting to miss the sunshine. I here at home it has been lovely and summer has finally arrived. I think I'm slightly a little jealous, however I take that back quickly as I am in Thailand and having an amazeballs time.. just not in the sun.

Today's post is an evening look I wore out the other night for dinner and to explore to town. Just a pretty simple outfit, in this heat everything I wear I find is pretty simple. The skirt is an oldie but a classic and keeps on reappearing in my current wardrobe so I thought I would blog it again. This crop top from RiverIsland was such a little bargain for only £12.99 I love it, it brings such a pop of colour to an easy outfit. I find really flattering on me too which is a bonus : ) I am aware that I look like I have a giant coconut on my head but I am finding my frizzy mane ridiculous to maintain in the humid heat. Even my topknot is out of control.

So a little more on my travel and when we visited Koh Tao. We were there for 4 nights and had the best weather it was gorgeous and the beach was at the nicest I have been to yet, clear blue water and silky sand. Koh Tao was really nice, lots of suffers and divers around so it definitely is the place to go if you are looking to do diving. Whilst we was there we went on a snorkelling trip which took us to five different destinations and we got the opportunity to get off the boat and snorkel - which was amazing we saw so many different and colourful kinds of fish and the people on the boat would throw these little biscuits in for the fish and hundreds would come swarming. You could get right amongst them it was amazing, one of those moments I wished I had an underwater camera for.

After half an hour or so of snorkelling at each stop we get back on the boat and go to the next place. That was the part I DREADED the most, I get really bad sea sickness and it was quite choppy water on that day I managed to hold myself together all the way to the last destination and as we pulled up to get off my body could not take anymore and well I threw up over board. I felt so embarrassed aha but I've never seen people move so fast everyone was off that boat in a second. So after my little hiccup we were at Koh Nang Yuan are last destination where we plan to stay for 2 hours. Koh Nang Yaun is three small islands all connected by one beach, it is so picturesque such a beautiful place to visit. Some people stay on the island however there is literally one restaurant and shop. But I suppose for a paradise honeymoon destination it would be perfect.

So minus the seasickness it was such a brilliant day. After an eventful day we headed back and just strolled around Koh Tao's town and got some nice grub, where I peacefully tried very hard not to think of tomorrows boat trip back to Koh Samui - which turned out to be a whole different ball game as we woke up to torrential rain and the choppiest waves ever. I'll let you guess what the outcome of that journey was.. and it is safe to say that I wasn't the only one this time. xo
