Hey, lovelies of the interweb! So since my last post I managed to visit Bangkok, fly home to the UK, reunite with my family and friends and FINALLY send my online shop and clothing brand to LIVE. Woo it has been a busy week I feel like I have not stopped, but it does feel really good to be back home and around all my favourite people and things! Tonight I thought I would put together a post introducing my new brand Warm and The Wild, and also a little Hello I'm still here and hopefully will be back into the Internet swing very shortly.

So here it is Warm & The Wild a knitwear brand supplying you with fashionable and reasonably priced knits, from crochet crop tops, sassy bikinis, to chunky jumpers and cardigans. My aim is to produce desirable knitwear with a unique edge, but all at an amazing high-street price.  I would love hear your thoughts on my website, brand name and products available so please don't hesitate to leave me comment or query. I also plan to add new style every week, so to keep posted make sure you follow us over on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

Well I think it is pretty obvious that crochet is this summers biggest trend and one that will most likely stick around for a while, and with me opening my handmade shop of wonders I have been testing and trialling design out for the last couple of months. Constantly on the hunt for some fresh, cute and original I came across the really pretty idea of barefoot sandals.

Now ideally they are not that practical, BUT when did fashion ever stop at being practical aha. I guess they would look really lovely on holiday as a accessory maybe of an evening, or a beach party. A friend of mine suggested they would look lovely for a beach wedding which I LOVE the idea of. But what do you guys think? I took to Instagram with the same question and there were a few people for yay & nay. So I thought I would turn to the blog also, I would love to hear your thoughts?

You will need: Either an old top or dress making sure it is a fairly big size, also something that has some sort of pretty pattern or print on will make for a better turban, I used an old maxi dress I no longer wear. Oh and a pair of scissors.

Step 1: Laying the piece of clothing on a flat surface, you want to cut along the bottom hem line removing the seamed edged. Then once you have removed the hem, cut again about 25cm up from there straight along the width of the piece of clothing.

Step 2: Now you should have a piece of material that is still seamed at both sides, however no longer has a hem but now two raw edges. Placing both hands into the piece of material and twist round creating a twisted centre in the middle.

Step 3: Once you have created the twist in the centre you will need to bring the right side over the the left side. Fitting the right side into the left, so the material is now overlapping each other and both seamed edges are now with each other on the same side.

Step 4: Now you should have one round circumference where your head will go, instead of two left and right sides.

Step 5: All you simply do now is take both hands and pull either side, exposing the twisted knot we created in step 2.

Step 6: Place on your head, tucking away any raw edges that are exposed and et voila, you have a sassy turban.

How easy was that, now we can all be turban queens and look fabulous and chic hehee. Hope you guys enjoyed my super quick DIY! xo

Going to make this a short n sweet blog post today two reason really one being Flickr is being a pain in the bottom and taking so long to upload photos and two I'm not really that happy with the picture outcomes therefore don't want to spend to long looking at them.

Yesterday I wore the two piece that I recently crocheted and my god it is so comfortable. Not only do you feel super cute prancing around in it, it is so cosy to wear aha cosy may not be perfect for Thailand's heat but I was only running errands into town before heading to the beach so was not in it for long.

Not sure yet if I will feature this style on my online shop in July, I am still designing some newbies that I want to trial first. But do let me know if you want to see something like this for sale?

Sharing with you my latest make, this super cute 60s inspired shorts and crop combo. Now that it is finished I am not sure on the colour Red, but I think it would look really nice in Black or maybe a more neutral colour like Cream or White even with the different coloured flowers still. What do you think? I cannot help but feel super sassy when prancing around wearing it, whilst wishing I was a sassy pin up girl.

Not sure whether this style will feature in my soon to be online shop, so all opinions and thoughts would be very much appreciated please, to help me decide?

Oh and I'll outfit post this soon too, so you can see it on. Speak soon homies!

Hello from me and my big hair *inserts hand emoji. I would just like to point out that my hair is currently not on the same planet as me,  and I have completely no control what is saids, does or do's. I feel like a cartoon character with square like hair, but I also feel totally fabulous and super sassy as it is just so super BIG, therefore I am trying my best to Wurk It Gurl! So lets all pretend that I am.

Today I'm teaming another crochet of mine with my favourite pair of culottes EVER (ok my only pair but still the greatest). These HM babies are simply possibly the best purchase I made before setting off the Thailand, they're so damn comfortable and just look great with everything. If I do say so myself (yup and I most definitely said that in my best Jay Z voice).  Yet again I am clearly taking myself very seriously on my blog and in front of the camera as always. Well Chao for now homies!

So I have been dying to style up my latest crochet project and after a long old 10 weeks it was finally finish and wearable, however now the whether is 30+ degrees within seconds of putting it on I was sweating my chin off. So I guess the moral of the story is I probably won't get much wear out of my beloved new friend until I return to the UK (which will also be in the summer, however UK summer cardigans are acceptable). But how amazing does it look, yes I'm blowing my own trumpet here and patting oneself on the back, I'm so proud of this little number and am so happy it looks awesome on. The worse thing you can do is spend weeks making something then eventually hating everything about it, so it was a big relief. You probably could only really style this with black, white, or even grey it being so bold and brightly coloured, but that's ok I can see it being a statement piece in my wardrobe anywhoo.
