    Dress - Love Struck Boutique * | Cardigan - Zara Mens | Boots - ASOS | Hat - H&M

This outfit is from last Friday, I have been meaning to blog it all weekend but I have been feeling so bleurghh with flu I just couldn't face trying to blog. However today I feel slightly more me - so am attempting to put the post together.

I wore this to go stay with my mum in Ashford for the weekend, I also wore the dress for the majority  of the weekend too :) The dress is from a little online boutique called Lovestruck and also comes in Navy for anyone who is interested. Love Struck have some really lovely dresses with the prettiest of detailing you should definitely check them out if your look for a vintage looking number with a little pretty twist!

I am kind of struggling to write/end this post in some sort of way I do not know, I have been staring at the screen for the last 10 minutes completely blank :| My head is just not functioning I am so bunged up, sorry guys! I hoped to get better soon and be more on the blog ball! xo

As a knit wear student, being invited to see Leutton Postle S/S13 presentation was just a dream. After being last years VFS merit award winners, I was eager to see what the duo would come up with this time round. They did not disappoint, with colourful rays of knitted textures, and hand sewn beads - each garment was stunningly different to the next with detailing that just blew us watching away. There is no doubt Leutton Postle have kept their signature style with combining textures, with matching accessories - fun sunglasses,  oversized tasselled clutch bags and not to mention fabulous glittered shoes. Their collection is a Fashion Textiles students dream! ( I'll stop swooning now)

     Blazer - Next | Skirt - Primark | Top - Topshop | Boots - ASOS | Bag - Mulberry | Glasses - Firmoo*

So with all the LFW craziness over things can start to go back to normal. There is so much I feel like I need to do my list just seems to get bigger and bigger everyday - but knowing me it probably seems a lot worse than it actually is. With going back to uni in a couple of weeks, my stress head is creeping up on me. So be warned guys :/ moaning/ranting me may make a show in a couple of weeks time.

Today I am channelling 'Geeky School Girl' I'm sure - I only just realised that I looked like this when blogging these photos. O well hehe nothing wrong with a bit of geek chic. These are my new glasses, which were sent c/o from Firmoo.  As I'm short sighted anyway but wear contact lenses most on the time, I thought I would take the opportunity to get some nice 'fashionable' specs to my prescription, I do have a few pairs of glasses that I wear every now and then but I feel like they don't really go with my every day style so I tend to just wear them on lazy days. But now I have these which I think are fab I am planning on wearing my specs a lot more ( wearing contact lenses all the time is not very good for your eyes, so its good to break it up a little ).  I will do a separate post soon on Firmoo and the glasses themselves, as the service and site was really good when choosing which glasses suited me etc also they are offering a free pair to my readers.. so for those of you that are interested, I'll do that post soon :)

Oh also before I forget, I am running a little giveaway to win $30 to spend at Chicnova - which is a really cool site, they have some really nice clothes. It literally takes 2 seconds to sign up with them (I know some people are put off by that but honestly it takes seconds all you have to do is give them your email in the signing up process) so make sure you check that out lovelies, ends in 3 days time!

    speak soon xo

Friday I attended the Bora Aksu S/S13 Show which was held at Somerset house. I was so excited to see what Bora had designed and created as I find his work so inspiring and often refer to his previous collection when working on projects. Bora Aksu is renowned for his feminine silhouettes and darker twist to romance,  and his show reflects this signature perfectly. It was breathtakingly beautiful with his collection consisting of regal prints, knitted crowns and almost dreamy tones. Bora used inspiration from Queen Victoria's grand daughter, Marie - who became Queen of Romania 1922, the collection is so elegant and feminine, you can see for yourself that it reflects areas of a summer botanical garden, with whimsical textures, and baby doll silhouettes - giving the whole collection a fantasy fairytale feel.

Metallic Jeans - Dr Denim, via White Feather Boutique* | Boots - Topshop | Top - Primark

Oh hi more metallic from me, these jeans o m g they are the skinniest of jeans ever but are so fabulous and surprisingly really comfortable. I am a huge fan of a cool skinny jean they are just so easy to wear and style specially when you find a pair that are perfect to your shape and size. I normally go for the jeans that are higher waisted as I prefer them to sit above my hips, instead of on my hips I personally think on me they look a lot more flattering when above the hips. My jeans collection is getting bigger and bigger by the day, so I think I may have to do a little blog shop sale soon as I have so many pair I don't wear.

I picked this top up in Primark I was quite surprised to see it in there - Topshop is where I imagine to find a Guns N Roses tee however probably for about £22, but this one was just £6 which was a bargain!

If you follow blog and have done for a while now, you probably know that I wear my Topshop Ambush Boots pretty much everyday - they are my favourite boots to wear out of all the boots I own. But due to so much love from me they were starting to look a little shabby, but to be fair I have had them since last Christmas and worn them throughout winter, spring and summer. I did consider re buying a new pair, but then my mum gave me the genius idea to get them re healed. Which I did and no word of lie they look brand spanking new and only for £14 - now me and my boots are all set for another winter :) so just a little tip if you have a fav pair of shoes/boots that look a like shabby but you really don't want to part with them, then go get them re healed they will be good as new!

    Cardigan - Zara (Mens) | Skirt - Primark | Tee - Missguided | Boots - ASOS | Socks - Topshop

YUP. I have jumped on the 'pleated Primark leather skirt bandwagon' - I remember last year I desperately wanted to get my hands on the black version of this skirt, but it was out of stock everywhere. But woo they have brought it out in silver which to be honest I think is far nicer than the black one and I cannot wait to wear it this winter.

I feel like I look like a tin robot with all the grey tones but hey. I hope every one had lovely weekend, the weather was gorgeous. It is suppose to turn quite cold and gloomy this week, which is typical just when London Fashion Week is about to kick off. I am heading to a few shows which I am super excited about, but have no clue what to wear the weather is so unpredictable it is proving very hard to outfit prepare.  Is anyone else going to head to LFW this year, if so let me know we might be going to the same shows :)?

Playsuit , Boots, Belt - ASOS

Pretty much all ASOS that I am wearing today. I bought this playsuit in the sale last month and have been meaning to show it to you guys for ages, I have worn it a few times already and I love it. It it so comfy and such a fun, bright print to wear, I cannot wait to convert it in to an A/W pieces for when the weather gets a little chillier.

Today I'm going to meet my mum and step dad for lunch as I haven't seen them in what feels like ages, since they moved to Ashford. So I'm looking forward to catching up with my mumma bean. Hope everyone has a lovely weekend, and enjoys the sunshine :) Speak soon xo
