So now we are in Koh Samui Chaweng where we plan to settle for the majority of our time in Thailand, as this is where James will train at one of the local thai boxing gyms. We have been in Chaweng for just over 2 weeks now and it is slowly but surely starting to feel like temporary 'home'. We have our favourite restaurants and markets and also are favourite spot on the beach so all things at the moment are pretty content.

After a while we will visit other places in Thailand I really want to go to Bangkok, Koh Pi Pi and Chiang Mai, and we also will be going to Malaysia and Bali. So all exciting things to look forward to. Anyone considering going travelling or to live in a different country for a while I 100% recommend you just go ahead and do it, you only live once and it will be such an amazing experience to look back on. Having graduated for uni just last year, me and james planned to go to thailand just after therefore my goal since leaving uni was just to get a job and save save save. Now here it feels like such an achievement that we made it, even though part of me is still lost and in limbo about my future and career I'm hoping that thailand will give me the inspiration to succeed in something I enjoy and love when I get back to the UK. Blogging being one of them I haven't really had the opportunity to put 100% into my blog and I have been writing it for 3 years now, so I'm looking forward to my blog being the main focus for a while :) thank you to everyone who still reads my blog and all new followers. xo

The weather here is still pretty Grey and I am starting to miss the sunshine. I here at home it has been lovely and summer has finally arrived. I think I'm slightly a little jealous, however I take that back quickly as I am in Thailand and having an amazeballs time.. just not in the sun.

Today's post is an evening look I wore out the other night for dinner and to explore to town. Just a pretty simple outfit, in this heat everything I wear I find is pretty simple. The skirt is an oldie but a classic and keeps on reappearing in my current wardrobe so I thought I would blog it again. This crop top from RiverIsland was such a little bargain for only £12.99 I love it, it brings such a pop of colour to an easy outfit. I find really flattering on me too which is a bonus : ) I am aware that I look like I have a giant coconut on my head but I am finding my frizzy mane ridiculous to maintain in the humid heat. Even my topknot is out of control.

So a little more on my travel and when we visited Koh Tao. We were there for 4 nights and had the best weather it was gorgeous and the beach was at the nicest I have been to yet, clear blue water and silky sand. Koh Tao was really nice, lots of suffers and divers around so it definitely is the place to go if you are looking to do diving. Whilst we was there we went on a snorkelling trip which took us to five different destinations and we got the opportunity to get off the boat and snorkel - which was amazing we saw so many different and colourful kinds of fish and the people on the boat would throw these little biscuits in for the fish and hundreds would come swarming. You could get right amongst them it was amazing, one of those moments I wished I had an underwater camera for.

After half an hour or so of snorkelling at each stop we get back on the boat and go to the next place. That was the part I DREADED the most, I get really bad sea sickness and it was quite choppy water on that day I managed to hold myself together all the way to the last destination and as we pulled up to get off my body could not take anymore and well I threw up over board. I felt so embarrassed aha but I've never seen people move so fast everyone was off that boat in a second. So after my little hiccup we were at Koh Nang Yuan are last destination where we plan to stay for 2 hours. Koh Nang Yaun is three small islands all connected by one beach, it is so picturesque such a beautiful place to visit. Some people stay on the island however there is literally one restaurant and shop. But I suppose for a paradise honeymoon destination it would be perfect.

So minus the seasickness it was such a brilliant day. After an eventful day we headed back and just strolled around Koh Tao's town and got some nice grub, where I peacefully tried very hard not to think of tomorrows boat trip back to Koh Samui - which turned out to be a whole different ball game as we woke up to torrential rain and the choppiest waves ever. I'll let you guess what the outcome of that journey was.. and it is safe to say that I wasn't the only one this time. xo

Hi from Thailand :) so happy to finally be blogging from here. I thought I'd include a little travel update on what I have been up to and include some pictures from my time in Koh Samui - Bo Phut and obviously what I've been wearing.

The weather here has been very humid and it is extremely hot all of the time however at the moment most days are over cast and there is often a down pour of rain either during the day or in the evening. Honestly have never seen rain like it and coming from Britain that is quite a big statement aha, literally it is like standing under a waterfall. Although proving perfect weather for these H&M floaty trousers, which are just amazing to wear. They're perfect on and were only £14.99 cannot go wrong!

So I am currently blogging from Chaweng - Koh Samui were we will be based for a while as James is training (thai boxing) in one of the local gyms here. I will eventually blog more about Chaweng in future post but for now I thought I would include what and where I have been up until now. So I arrived just over 2 weeks ago to meet James (boyfriend) who had already been out here for 3 weeks, I was so excited but extremely nervous at the same time as I had never been on a plane on my own before and the longest journey being only 4 hours - so the 13 hour flight was a little daunting. However once on the plane I was fine, and I slept most of the way which was perfect.

So far we have visited and stayed in Bo Phut which is another part of Koh Samui and we have also Koh Tao which is about 2 hours via boat from here. I am having the best time, there are so many wonderful things to do and see. One of my favourite things about thailand are the constant markets and street food. There is so much to try and taste and is so cheap which is a bonus, the markets also are ridiculously cheap I have to reframe from buying everything I see as I couldn't possibly carry it all around with whilst on the move aha.

I have included some photos from are time in Bo Phut, mainly from Bo Phut's Fisherman Village, which we happened to stumble across whilst roaming up and down the local street. Bo Phut was quite quiet with not much to do until we finally found this place. There was such a great hustle and bustle vibe, with so many colours and things to see and going on. The food again was immense, honestly so far the street food has been the best thing, I know people have said before that you shouldn't eat it. But once your here its hard not to, and it all seems perfectly fine to me. Each to there own I guess :) Look forward to blogging more soon xo
