This has to be my favourite GlossyBox yet - all the products are so lovely and the fact that they are natural/organic is even better! My favourite being the Figs and Rouge lip balm I don't think I have even owned a lip balm which is so soothing, I normally find lip balms quite disappointing as they always seem to leave my lips even drier or just really sticky (I can be quite fussy) so this 100% organic balm really surprised me. Big thank you to GlossyBox for this lovely surprise, I do love receiving a box full of goodies through the post it made my day :). I think I can safely say that most of these products have made it into their very own section in the old handbag of mine ;)

I have had a pretty lame day today, I work up this morning with the biggest, most painfullest spot on my face, which was unbearable to look at and completely noticeable to everyone who walked my way >_< so awkward. I have basically sat my arse down at a knitting machine and knitted all day avoiding all contact with anyone, so I wouldn't offend them with my huge new friend #funtimes! Just a quick post tonight as I haven't got much to talk about, just thought I'd blog a mid week post in-between doing some uni work, oh and to have a moan about my spot which has been haunting me all day. I hope everyone is having a good week, speak soon. P.S hello new followers :) thank you so much for following me and my blog xo
I think this would be such a cute look for my birthday coming up in May - that is if the weather cheers itself up by then! I saw these shoes on Audrey's blog today and they look absolutely amazing on, I definitely think these are a summer must have from Missguied and this really cute dress from Topshop which would look gorgeous with a tan! Oooh I really think I might have to invest in these pieces after all they would be a very a good investment as I would have them forever.. ;) xo

Today I feel like a liquorice allsort - with the baby pink and jet black combo. I have found myself becoming a real pink fan recently, normally I wouldn't go near anything pink just because I instantly would think eww too girly, ha I'm a freak I know. But with all the candy colours, and neon tones I am finding that pink is becoming one of my favourite spring/summer looks. My wardrobe is slowly morphing into a giant pink marshmallow.
Well this morning the weather was surprisingly really nice, even though the weather man said it would rain pretty much all day - he lied. Therefore I decided to embrace the pins out again seen as it is April and suppose to be sunny spring, but with the safe option of wearing my boyfriends chunky Zara knit which I am slowly claiming to be mine, it is so snugly on. I am also wearing my little sisters H&M leather skirt - which is a first for me as she is normally the one borrowing all my clothes. I teamed it with a simple Motel Rocks bodycon which I find so versatile as you can wear and layer them with pretty much anything. Great little piece to have in the wardrobe. So yes this is what I wore today for lets say, about an hour then I decided to put on my trackies and get cracking with some uni work (which I still haven't managed to do, got distracted again, oops) - I am seriously getting so lazy, time off really does not do me any good!

Dress - Missguided
Happy Easter everyone :) I hope you are all having a lovely bank holiday weekend. I am currently suffering with a little bit of a hangover and feel very sleepy, no doubt this is down to me drinking about a bottle and a half of wine :\ last night why do I do it to myself I really do not know.
So this is my new dress that I blogged last week, I wore it last night and took some quick outfit shots to show you what it looks like on. After covering myself in fake tan for two whole days I finally managed to achieve a bronzed/orange tan which made the dress look a lot better, as before you couldn't even tell I was wearing a dress I was that pale. I decided to go for my extremely high black heels instead of the nude ones that I was originally going to wear, just because I felt I looked to summery for the miserable weather we have been hit with. I had a little black jacket on too, therefore it all tied in together. This is my first blog post on my new macbook and it has taken me twice as long to do, as everything seems so backwards and opposite to normal windows, but I still love it :) best decision I have ever made eek! xo
Shirt - Topman | Tee, Headband, Ring - Topshop | Leggings - eBay | Boots - ASOS | Watch - Swatch | Lip Stick - Nude Delight Rimmel
Okay so I went for the random selection of photos again for today's post. I have been playing with my camera a lot lately creating different effects, I find it much more fun/interesting when it comes to taking standard outfit pictures. Don't get me wrong I'm sure it wont last for long as it is a little more time consuming than just taking normal photos, but it is nice to have a little change every now and again.
So this morning I popped into town to pick up a few essentials and some other bits & bobs, one being a new lippy and the other a few picture print outs to add to my collections. I am one of these people who like to have photos developed so in time to come/the future I will be able to look back on memories, I have a really rubbish memory as it is so it is nice to have photos to look back on. I think it is so easy to just delete photos or put them into a folder on the computer and never look at them again but having them printed out at least you know that you'll always have them. As for the lip stick I ended up going for a nude colour, however I was on the hunt for the new Revlon Lip Butter but they didn't have it :| so I opted for a matte colour lippy instead, I'm wearing it in the pictures above it is a really nice neutral shade, good for those days when I'm not feeling my pinks, or red shades.
Really looking forward to the weekend, this weekend even though I am still working I quite like it when every one else around me has some time off work. I hope everyone has a lovely Easter Weekend :) xo
I thought I'd share with you my new dress from Missguided. I ordered it on Monday and it was with me by Tuesday eek I was so excited to try it on, it is a little unusual for me to go for such a bold print on a dress and I tend to normally go for trouser or leggings which I would wear as a statement piece with a less in your face tee or jumper.. If you follow me on twitter then you would of probably seen me tweeting an unsure comment about it at first, however after swanning about in it around the house I decided actually I do really like it, I just think I am going to have to fake tan loads before wearing it out as pale tones do not do me any justice - I look so ghostly. I'll blog the dress on this weekend, when I wear it ;)
Jeans - Dr Denim* | Top - Zara | Bag - Republic | Flatforms - ASOS | Ring - llymlrs | Nails - Nail Rocks
So today I decided to brave the deadly flatforms again, as I have not worn them since the first time when they cut my feet to shreds. Since then I have bought some heel grips which have improved wearing them massively, woo I'm so happy! Today has been a funny old day I have felt really tired even after having a really good/long sleep last night - this was made my day go ever so slowly :\ which has been mind numbing. Hmm I hope I am not coming down with something.
I'm am currently on my Easter holidays so I plan to fit in loads of outfit, and other post over the next two weeks. Along side doing uni work of course, just because it is called 'holiday' does not mean it is an actual holiday, boo.
I thought I would mix up my post a little today, with some different photographs and photo edits. I really enjoy editing my photography I spend ages applying different effects and tones etc.. some times I think it is nice to mix it up a little bit, what do you guys think? xo
